Quality Management System Procedure
The Quality Management System documents the relevant processes and their applications throughout the organization
    These are represented in the form of flow charts, which identifies the sequences and interactions of various processes
    that comprises the Quality Management System.
The Quality Management System specifies the criteria and methods needed for ensuring effectiveness and control of
     the operation. Quality Management review meetings ensure adequate resources are allocated and necessary
     information is provided for support of the operations and monitoring.
Processes are monitored, measured and analyzed as per the quality guidelines.
Suitable actions necessary to achieve the planned results and continual improvement of the Quality Management
     System processes are implemented.
